In store purchases may be returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days.

Returns for exchange must be made within 30 days with receipt , no exceptions.

Horse Care Products are not returnable.

Bits are not returnable.

Returned merchandise must be in new condition with all the original packaging and tags, unwashed and unworn . Boots can be returned only if the soles are unscratched and in new condition , if you are unsure of the fit we suggest you wear them only on carpeted floors first. We can not take back clothing or any item if it smells of perfume or tobacco, or if it has been oiled or treated.

For online returns please include the packing slip or the email receipt with your return.

Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or if you received the wrong item, then we will reimburse you for the shipping cost .
